Freshwater tank

It has been a very long time since I have visited......so hello everyone. You probably do not remember but I decided to leave the hobby when my second child was born (Now they are 23 months and 8 months old). Needless to say we have had our hands full but I am starting to get the itch again.
Due to financial reasons I have decided to first start a freshwater tank and then I will look at getting back into saltwater down the road.
I know this is a saltwater forum but this is the only "fish" forum that I have been a part of.

So, if anyone knows of a good freshwater setup "for sale" please let me know. I am looking for a tank that is 40g-120g that would make a good cichlid tank.
If this is not a proper question for this forum please let me know and direct me to the proper forum.

Thank you in advance for any help. I knew this was an addiction that I could not stay away from for to long. Please help me satisfy my craving. :D

i have a 180g tank with some basic lighting for sale. i know it is a little larger than you proposed, but worked great for my african cichlids.

I wish I could but I don't think the misses would approve. It really sucks because I worked so hard to go from a 10g to a 150g and now I need to start all over. I need to get a smaller tank and then use the "honey, wouldn't a bigger tank be so much nicer?"

Tell her it is an infant swimming pool - she will be thrilled that you are taking such an interest in the little ones...

If I were you, I would look for a tank that is reef ready, that way, when you are ready to dive back into SW, you would already have the tank. You could also cut the steps back to reefing by doing a SW fish only, slowly putting rock in and updating equipment, then, viola! You have a reef again! Just some thoughts. There is a RR 75 for sale, you don't have to put salt water back in it, but if you plan on changing back to reef, don't use copper. I'm sure you know that.

Excellent ideas so far everyone! I am really pushing for the infant swimming pool so I will keep everyone updated on how this goes.
Does anyone know of any sites that offer infant diving boards?

I'm still in the market for a full setup if anyone comes across one. I am up North so anything from Thornton North would be preferred.

Thanks again for all of the help.
