I got these on a live rock deal as a bonus--just haven't id them yet to find out if they are suitable for the DT

Foe, its a pest anemone that can over-run your tank.

Majano, Im not sure if Aiptasia-X works on it so i recommend squirt them with boiling RO water and then scrape them off.

thanks---what kind--I have alot of mini carpets--but this one threw me off because of the toadstool like stalk on them.
I thought at first they were rics

When i first got into reefkeeping I saw one on some new LR i had bought and i tought "Oh, cool little freebie. It looks like an anemone. Then it covered an entire rock and became a real PITA. Then I found out it was a pest!"

oh no, you have mojanos! you can use a turkey baster to suck them off the rock real easily!

Well they are one of the better looking pests I've seen

not to worry--they are in my fowlr tank--what fish eats them?

Racoon butterflys eat them I think.
