frogspawn coral bleaching

Ive got a 4 headed frogspawn and none of the heads look right. Two are green with white, like they should be, but are totally deflated. The other two are nice and inflated, but bleached to the point they are almost clear. I started spot feeding this week to help, thinking it may not be eating enough. What else could I do.

What kind of flow/lighting is it in?

Are other corals in the tank OK? Your parameters would help rule out problems with the water.

i had the same problem with a frogspawn and bubble coral
i moved a 24 gal nano into a forty gal tank and after the move both were deflated and had tissue retraction, however a big branching hammer looked better than ever. i tested the water and found a high level of nitrates. approx 35-40ppm. possiblly from being stirred up in the move. i corrected the prob with a series of water changes and they r slowly coming back to health
good luck

trate 15ppm
Ph 8
Cal 440
Kh 8
Sg 1.030

My sg is jacked up due to my hydrometer being way off. I used my lfs's refractometer to calibrate.

Its in an area of lower flow

I've got a 4x96w pc fixture over my 125g, and the coral is close to the top of the tank.

A few months ago I did lose a really big wall hammer to polyp bail out, but all my other lps are wonderful.

i would defiantly get your hydrometer issue worked out so u can find the exact reading. the sg and nitrates being slightly high both together could be the prob
