frogspawn dieing

It looks like my frogspawn is dying and I dont know the reasons why!!!

My tank is very stable and healthy or so I thought.

Phosphate and silicates nearly undetectable.

I started buying Real Oceanic Saltwater that they sell at Petco and after this, I did 3 gal water changes within the same week and after that I ended up having a huge diatom bloom!

Could this be what is causing the frogpsawn to die? I dont want anything else to die.

I am thinking about doing another water change using my RO/DI water that I make myself since I have been doig this for almost a year and dint have problems. I thought real saltwater would be better! I shouldnt of tried to fix a problem that wasnt broken.

Ditch the purchased water. That seems like the most probable cause. When you say the frogspawn is dying, what are the symptoms exactly? Can you get a photo?

I would recommend doing a fairly substantial water change with prepared rodi/salt mix.
