Frogspawn Dying

idisc

Got Sticks?
Okay so my tank has been setup for about 3 1/2 months and all is looking great. Recently both of my frogspawns started to recede. They were both in different locations of the tank.

I also have multiple hammers and torches that are doing great at the same time. I ended up losing a nice bi-color and the 2nd frog seems to be acting the way the first one did when it died.

Let me mind you the rest of the tank from softies to sps are doing great.

Parameters:
Calc: 400 - Going to be dosing to 420
Alk: 7 - Going to start dosing to 9dkh
Mag: 1440
NitrAte: 0-5 (API kit - Looks like 0, but I am sure it's not)
Phos: 0 (API Kit, Probably Wrong)

Tank Equipment:
Tank: 72 Bowfront
Skimmer: Reef Octopus BH-100 (Does Great, but micro bubbles)
Flow: 1x RW-8
Reactor: Phosban 150 w/ Phosguard
Liverock: 80+lbs
Lightning: 2x 165w Chinese LED Full Spec (Blues on about 50%, Whites about 35%) (Blues run 10 hours, whites run 6 hours)

I run chemipure elite in a HoB filter with floss during water changes which are weekly 15% or 10 Gallons using Reef Crystals.

I have a good amount of coral and fish in the tank. I recently purchased Reef Fusion 1 & 2 in order to dose my tank. I figure I lose around 5-10 Calc per day, but my Alk seems to always sit at 7.

According to calculations I need to be dosing around 8 cap fulls to get 420 calc and 9dkh. I will break this up into 4 cap fulls each day and then try to maintain the levels with 1-2 capfuls each day.

Anyways I think I have given you enough information about my tank. I have seen a ton of growth in various corals and coralline algae. What is happening to my frogspawns? All my Euphiylla are in the sand bed also.

I just added a coral beauty, but this happend before I added her. She's been in tank for a few days. I moved the frog next to my hammers under less direct light and its looking better tonight.
