i got a frog spawn about 2 months ago. i had 87x flow in my 120g and i kept it half way up the tank under 400w 14k halides.
it wouldnt open up, and the flesh started receding up the stem towards the head. so i put it in the sandbed and took out some powerheads.
now the heads open up alot, but the flesh is still receding and really thin in some areas where u can see the skeleton underneath.
i tried leaving it alone to see if itd grow back but it is still receding, just not as fast.
on 2 of the stems, the flesh receded up to about 2 inches underneath the head.
is this a problem? what should i do?
