Frogspawn/hammer decline

I've noticed a gradual decline in health with my frogspawns and Hammers lately.. i've moved them around in my tank from high lighting, to low lighting, med flow, to low flow.. nothing seems to help. I've dipped them here in the past and they seemed to be a little better for a few days but then steadily start to decline.. they are just not extending fully. I picked up a nice frogspawn from Fragniappe and it was super happy for about a week.. then it also started to pull back some.. I took them all out and dipped them with Coral Rx.. i noticed a bunch of little.. bugs? Maybe PODs? Not sure.. they wiggled all over the place in the cup I was dipping.. do PODs hang out "in" euphyllias? Or am I possibly dealing with nuisance bugs by chance? I tried to capture the "bugs" but they were too small for my camera to get.. maybe someone can show examples of what they "might" be and I can identify them.

Anyway.. I also noticed what I was told was vermetid snails all over the stalks.. would this be an issue? I don't recall them being there when I got the frags.. but its a lot.. in the video you can see them on the stalks (was dipping the frags in the vid).

here's a vid.. also, as soon as the video starts, pay attn to the frag in the middle.. is that clams???? freaked me out.

Are they tiny white dots? If so, I hate those little bastards. I've had them. Bayer kills them but, they leave eggs. It's best to dip them every few days for maybe over a week. Bayer is very easy on the corals. Keep the infected corals away from uninfected euphyllia.

This is why quarantine tanks really are a must in this hobby. You never mentioned your water parameters.. That's the first thing I would be wondering if you bought a new frag and it only took a few days to decline..

Also may not have anything to do with it but.. Try watching your tank about 2 hours after lights out .. Use a red light .. I had some angry coral before and here I found a 8inch bristle warm crawling all over my sps and ZOA's one night...

def little white spots. My sump is full of them. I had to clean out my float switch on my ATO this morning due to them causing it to get stuck.. last i cleaned it was 2 months ago.

is there a solution to getting rid of these snails short of tearing down the tank and starting over? At this point manually removing them isn't an option. I had some sort of spawning event with them a few weeks back.. white spots all over the glass in the DT..
