Frogspawn Issue

So my frogspawn has been acting kinda weird lately..

sometimes it will be plummed out and beautiful and other times one side will open and the other been looking all mad.. I'm new to LPS so help would be awesome

Mine did that when they were new. Also along with adjusting to a tank look and see if maybe a hermit crabs or another invert is climbing on it.

How much flow do you have in the tank? What kind of lighting? Do you have any Clown Fish? Frogspawn dont like heavy flow or real intense lighting. I have to keep mine off to the sides of my tank and in spots where the flow is a little more gentle than other spots in the tank.

I have 5x54 Aquaticlife T5's, with 2 Blue+, 1 Purple+, and 1 Coral+ bulbs, I have it placed in a corner part of the tank from the farthest power head so it's pretty low flow. I do have clown fish but they arn't hosting to it and leave it alone for the most part.
