Frogspawn loosing heads...again

Hi all,

I had posted a few days ago of some concerns I had about my large frogspawn. This morning I saw another head that had died, seemingly overnight.
Tank parameters are good.
NH4/3- 0
NO3 - 0
NO2 - 5-10
PO4 - 0
DKH - 8.4
temp - 79
Salinity -01.026
Ca - 460
Mg - 1600

It was the same issue as before. One night I noticed a large amount of white slime or muscous at the mouth and I siphon away. Then roughly 6-7 hours later the head is dead.

I did a dip this morning, will have to grab some more...I spilt the bottle down the sink. Go me.

Any ideas of what is going on?

What do you mean by dead is it like not on the stony base anymore or disenegrated

It's starting to disintegrate. It happens in hours.
In fact another head this morning is looking like it's about to go. Water parameters are good, lighting is good, etc. Other corals are healthy (polyps, zoas and Duncans).
In regards to live stock, there is one percula in the tank and a couple of emerald crabs to handle some algae...that's it. Nothing has been picking at the heads from what I can tell.

I am completely flummoxed right now.

If it's happening in hours somethig is really wrongIf I were you I would frag some heads from the opposite side and let them grow away from the colony so it doesn't spread

The heads that are now dead weren't even next to one another. It was one side and then the next. I have fragged the head that is on the way out.
I did another dip on the entire thing in Coral Rx in hope of stopping what is happening.
I did notice the THINNEST of film that was brownish. I removed what I could and I REALLY hope that this is a case of brown jelly. Would hate to loose 15 heads. :(

If it is, I did see where a low dose of antibacterial medicine could help as well, although not sure where to pick some up.
