Frogspawn Problems

I could use some help with a troubled Frogspawn. In the picture below you can see an area that appears to be a big bubble in the middle of the top head. I only noticed this last night as it does not show up when fully expanded.

Also the top area, that is now all white, appears to be dead but was active when I received this about three weeks ago. It started to recede after a few days and eventually disappeared completely. There were actually two heads that receded. The second photo shows the Frogspawn the day I got it.

The bottom picture is today during daylight hours.

Below are the tank parameters and details.

90 gallon, with 2700 gph total flow and moderate flow around the Frogspawn.

84w X 6 T-5 lighting with the frogspawn about half way down.

NH4 - 0
NO2 - 0
NO3 - 0
PH 8.0 to 8.2
Temp 79.7 to 80.0
Sg 1.025
Ca - 460
PO4 - .03 (Hanna)
dKH 10.9
Md 1400

Also if the heads are dead should they be cut off?

Any help would be appreciate.

Doesn't look like anythings wrong. The top part most likely died when being handled/transfered from one tank to the next. It happens. if it doesn't bother you I would just leave the dead skeleton alone and not risk damaging the good ones. The bubble appears any time the frogspawn heads are ready to split which means the rest of your frogspawn is healthy and growing.
