They will do fine under pc lighting. Frogspawn does not usually like intense lighting.

Particularly if you periodically target feed them.

What and how do you feed your frog spawn? Just curious what you do.

Turkey baster and thawed (previously frozen) PE Mysis shrimp with a VERY gentle push on the turkey baster bulb. If you use too much force on the bulb, the FS will pull in for protection as opposed to eating.

I hate the word "Head" but that is what people are calling the polyps nowadays. Each "Head" is a different animal (although they are clones). They are not colonial and sharing nutrients. As a result, you should feed each of them. I personally like that they are not colonial. It makes them easy to frag. Just snap the skeleton at a branch.

I have kept my frogspawn under both PC's and MH lighting and it has done great under both. Have fragged many times. Can't say that I have ever target fed it though.

Under 2 x 250w MH's in my 120 recently:

How often do you target feed like this?

When I had my 200g prop tank running, probably twice per week. In my 75g with my FS getting too big for it, probably once every 2 or 3 weeks.

Here's my rules for feeding. Look at the quantity of tissue a polyp has to support, the size of the "mouth", and how many "mouths" the coral has.
