can one single head fall off and live-on?
about two week ago I found that my 5 headed frogspawn lost one of it's head and was just the skeleton left. today a found a small frogspawn between two rocks and it looks the same size as the head that few off. is this a new baby frogspawn or is this the head that I lost?

I highly doubt it's the original head that you lost. It was probably another small "budding" from the original colony. That's my best guess. But you should be happy--new frogspawn!

yes I was happy but now I lost it in the rock work. If I do find it again how should I take care or it?

Is there any skeleton to it? There must be. Just epoxy or crazy glue it to your existing rockwork (or to another smaller piece of rock).

It's called polyp bailout, and no, there's no skeleton, but it's capable of growing one. Get coarse bridal veil net, white, no dyes, and bag it to a rock with a rubber band, ie, sack the rock and it, and it may find a way to feed and settle. It'll end up down your filter and into the pump otherwise. You could try a dab of epoxy to its backside, but I doubt it will hold more than 3 days.
