i have two frog spawns that i have had for almost a year an they still only have four heads is there anything i can do to speed things up???

Probably your magnesium and calcium is low. Test for those, as well as nitrates, phosphates, and alkalinity.

If you can't (or don't want to) do all that, do a 50% water change. That should bring your parameters back to normal. Make sure you are using a reef salt mix (not a fish salt mix)

spot feeding can help aswell

I have had a frogspawns for several months and grew a little bit, but once i maintain my alk and cal it started to grow. I think it is finding the right place in the tank, and maintaining paras. I alos spot feed my, it loves it.
