Frogspwan dying

My frog spawn has been doing great until about a week ago it wouldn't open. No Its pulling off its skeleton. I just found a little bug on it. All of my levels look good
400ppm Ca
120Mg/l KH
0 NO2 NO3 ammonia
PH 8.0

what should I do ?

bug was tiny small black dots from what I could tell

I turkey blasted them off

I think your alk is low, which has caused problems with my euphyllias in the past.
