Frostbite snowflake clown sick?

I got a female frostbite snowflake clownfish about 2 weeks ago.
She was healthy when I got her now she just stays in the corner of my tank and sometimes lays on the sand.
I have also seen her scratch her face/gills on the sand but can't see any ick spots on her.
Any idea what's wrong or what I can do if she is sick? We don't want to lose her so any advice would be great.

How long has she been staying on the bottom and was anything else added to the tank since the clownfish? Do you have a quarantine tank you could move her to? That would be the best.

For the past 3 days at the bottom corner. No quarantine tank. I do have an acrylic clear box with holes/acclimation box that sticks to the side of the tank.
Should I put her in that clear acclimation box? It'd about 6" wide and 3" depth.

Ok, with frostbite clowns being pretty much all white you won't see ich unless its on the clowns fins or face. The clear box won't do much. It's best to go to Petco/Petsmart/fish store to get a 10 gallon tank and a small filter. Both should only cost you $30. Most of us keep more than 1 heater around so you might already have it. If not, Petsmart has a sale on 25 watt heater for only $6. I bought 2 recently for my clownfish breeding project. Finally, you might have to QT all of your other fishes if there is indeed a parasite floating around your tank. Best of luck.

Thanks for the info. Its been for ever since I did a QT tank.

Can you walk me thru what steps are done?
1. Do I use new salt water with no sand or other items? or 1/2 of the water from the existing tank?
2. About the pump, can I use a Hydro circu pump and just have it on the corner?
3. Do I need to put an air pump with a stone?
4. Should I put any chemicals in the water like any ick medicine?
5. Anything I should do to the fish beforehand, like a freshwater dip?

After all that, what else or just wait?

1.Yes, you should use at least half or more of your current tank water for your QT.
2,3. No pump or air stone. Just a regular filter with sponge but NO carbon. Carbon removes medication.
4. If it's 100% ich you can put ich medication. I've had great results with coppersafe. You can use prazipro at the same time with copper to treat flukes if that's also the case or you are unsure what you are dealing with.
5. I personally don't do fresh water dips. May be a 45 min formalin bath if you have the medication on hand. Otherwise just straight to QT.

Here's my QT. 10 gallon tank from Petco. Aqueon filter also from Petco. Cheap $5 LED light from Walmart for $6 on timer. $6 heater from Petsmart.
