frozen blood worms

hey ive got a question: i feed my clownfish frozen bloodworms sometimes, but i have a friend who told me not to give them bloodworms because its not good for them...any comments? is this true?

I feed mine b worms, tons of protine! Doing it for a long while also my manderine eats frozen B worms so they cant be that bad!

They carry unwanted bacteria sometimes (probably due to inadequate processing at the plant, thawing during transport, their natural diet, etc).

BW are not part of a staple diet for clowns. I do not use them.
