Frozen cube question - how many?

Is there a general rule of thumb for how many cubes foods (shrimp pieces, mysis, bloodworms, full spectrum formula, formula A) to feed a tank. I also like to mix in some Oyster eggs and Cyclopeeze once a week.

Obviously it depends on the fish and size, but lets say...

you had a 180 (290 gallons of water total with fuge and sump)
Mostly sps

with 6 fish (including one very large soha tang ((almost a foot)))

Water changes - 25 - 30 gallons per week.

How many cubes?

Thanks for your opinions......

Five minutes always seemed like an eternity to when food is floating around my tank. When I feed to the food is gone in less than a minute. The only thing that lasts five minutes is when I put some algae sheets in the tank.

2 cubes per day (gone in < 60 seconds)
1 sheet nori approx 4 inches by 2 inches (becomes a frenzy when this goes in the tank) even the anthias

for the following fish:

1 yellow tang
1 bicolor angel
2 tomato clowns
1 sixline wrasse
1 diamond spot goby
3 bartlett anthias
2 lyretail anthias

They, of course, get to feed on whatever else they can find (algae, pods, baby snails, etc)

Now I am beginning to second guess how little I feed. I feed 2.5 cubes daily, 1 full sheet of nori almost everyday, and an automatic feeder that drops pellets once daily. The automatic feeder is set to the smallest setting so it doesn’t drop too much food.

2 Ocellaris Clownfish
1 Naso Tang
1 Sailfin Tang
1 Flame Hawkfish
1 Flame Angelfish
1 Lemonpeel Angelfish
1 Potter's Angelfish
1 Half Black Angel
6 Convict Goby
1 Mystery Wrasse
1 Red Margin Fairy Wrasse
1 Blue Sided Fairy Wrasse (Unsure of the ID)
2 Crosshatch Triggers (Mated pair)

I feed 2 cubes daily, with spurilina flakes, mixed in a cup with some tank water. A cyclops cube bi weekly as well. This is fed spaced with a pipette several times a day until gone (usually 5 or six times). Basically small amounts fed very frequently.
A sheet or nori 4" by 2" everyday.
2 Pink skunk clowns
1 Yellow tang
1 Diamond goby
1 Mandarin
2 Fire Dartfish
1 Cleaner wrasse

Everything eats the cubes, including the mandarin, and the tang and clowns pick at the nori.

is it true fozzen cube food should be thawed and rinsed in a net because of phosphates? if so are some brans=ds worse than others?
