Let me start by saying, I'm a longtime customer and the customer service has been excellent BUT... I shouldn't have to call every time I need to make a small change to my program/schedule. I'm tired of the endless "preparing and synchronizing schedule data" cycle, plugging/unplugging the reef link and all of my other devices then calling and it's always a server problem. With all of the money I've invested in Ecotech Products, I expect more reliable network services. Anyways, I'm going to leave it at that. Rant over, thanks for listening...
