FS: 110G Tank with Custom Cabinet and Lighting

I have a 110G long tank with custom cabinet and hanging light hood.

The tank is 72" x 18" x 18" and has built in over flow.

In the light hood are three 250W metal halide lights. They are Hamilton ballasts with reflectors, using mogul based bulbs.
They are retrofit kits that were built into the light hood.
I have some 10K, and some 14K bulbs. I have extra, new bulbs that will go with the sale.
There is also two 140W VHO actinic bulbs in the light hood with an Ice Cap ballast and Ice Cap auto dimmer which simulates sunrise/sunset automatically.
There are moonlights in the hood also.
There's a cooling fan on a timer set to come on only when the MH lights are on.
It's a really cool, completely automated lighting set up.

I have lots of extra light bulbs, pumps and accessories, some of which are new in box. I have lots of chemicals, test kits, plumbing parts, etc.

This cabinet alone was over $3,000, and I have well over $1500 invested in the lighting. The tank was $500. That's $5,000 plus all the accessories I'm going to include.

I'm getting out of the hobby and I want this stuff gone, so I'll let it all go for only $1800.

Don't have that much money right now? I'll set up a payment plan if you want. I'll take a non-refundable deposit, and you can make payments. You pick up the stuff when it is paid off.

I'm in south Fort Collins.

I don't know it's the right size and a perfect upgrade from a 72gallon...

And I have been to Jims house too, I got a kick out of the fact that he had a runway (for his RC planes) in his back yard....

Price reduced to only $1600.
That's less than 1/3rd of what I paid for this stuff. Plus I'm throwing in $100's of dollars worth of chemicals, test kits, plumbing parts, extra light bulbs, pumps and accessories, some of which are new in box.

O.K.,
We are going to be moving to a smaller home, so this stuff has got to go.
I'm reducing the price to $1,000 for everything I have that is related to aquariums.
Just the custom cabinet alone is worth way more than that.
Does anyone want well over $6,000 worth of stuff for only $1,000?
