FS;150 gallon out of hobby

well been in the hobby way to short of time but need to start cutting back on things i do.one stop here you will see all my work between flowers gardens and biggest love the koi pond.
as much as i want to do this tank right,time is a little short also with daughter in sports.

so wanting to sell QUICKLY is the 150 gallon .it is 4 ft long 24 inches wide and 30 inches deep.has a 4 bulb T5 light with bulbs 1 month or 2 old.has a HOB dletec MCE 600 skimmer with it. around 180 lbs of rock
contains around 20 different corals and some are multiples.
contains 6 fish total about 5 blue leg hermits and countless snails.

also will include the 5 stage RO?DI filter with 4 more DI resin packages.
also is a broken pipe on a Deltec MCE 600 skimmer damged in shipping ,they just sent me another one.

so hate to add up amount spent but priced WELL below investment.
asking $1750 but since everyone wants to deal down asking $1500.
if not to far i have alot of coolers and can help move rock and stuff so it can stay submerged in water.

if you really want it out try to lower pricing and break it out. That is the only way its going to get off your hands...unless you price everything for 400-500 in which case you might find some resellers willing to invest...just my two cents....never seen anything got sold on here otherwise.

i would break out but need to sell all live stuff first before i can part with tank and skimmers lights and such.

with about 180lbs plus of live rock even at $4lb makes $720 just for rock and 2 tangs and pair of clowns and couple other fish and corals makes it pretty good buy.

so all live needs to go first.

okay long weekend coming so hopefully this new deal will help.
about 200+/- lbs of live rock figure $3LB so $600 and i will throw in all corals and fish and sand and hermits and oodles of snails all for FREE
course with this deal will not be able to afford to help drive corals in coolers so will have to bring own containers.i have some LARGE (koi size) bags for corals and fish tho.
so $600 takes all live stuff you want.
will then take offers on tank,stand,skimmers,korlia 3 and such.
i am going to keep light for koi QT tank and RO/DI for watering orchids.

so basically $3 lb for rock with corals for FREE.
first to come with cash gets it

thought i was extrememly low that the corals and fish alone value would make it so you could store the rock dry for future or this would be a cheap way to upsize your tank.even will throw in the 2 1/2 bags of salt test kits ,just alot of misc stuff that adds up

4ft wide tank and 2 ft wide does does take up much wall space then a much smaller tank

$950 takes tank,corals rock,fish, extra salt,test kits everything except light(which you can talk me out of also) but for sure i will keep RO/DI for wife's orchids
must be gone by next weekend for i will just shut it down and let rock dry out.

will even consider trade for landscape stuff.statue, Large fountains plus i live in country so anything related farming would work also
even contruction or electrical work

fish and corals and some rock are sold

still have about 75-100lbs of live rock mostly the open porous macro rock is still in moving water and will only have till sunday will weigh with bathroom scale and choice for $3lb or take all for $2 some have mushrooms,few clove polyps and one small red monti cap

tank and stand for $500 new would cost around $1000 - $1100

deltec MCE 600 HOB skimmer retail new for around $550 and bought in dec of 09 asking $200

korlia 2 pumps have 4 of these asking $20/each or take all for $70

so can ship skimmer and korlia but not rock or tank

take all for $650 even rock and after sunday when i get rid of rock still $650

even have another deltec that has broken intake pipe from shipping and they just sent me new one.will make deal for easy fix if taking all.
even can include test kits and extra salt if taking all.

Maybe interested in the rock. Is the rock clean?

maybe a few snails crawling on it and some red feather dusters.may also have some other good stuff on it far as other stuff i have not viewed anything on it.
started out with all dry rock and only few pieces of live rock with coraline.

its cheaper then dry rock so even if afraid you could let it dry out first and be money ahead
