FS: 2 - 400w HQI Ballast PFO

2 - 400 Watt HQI PFO ballast, with quick disconect, Parabolic reflector that includes mogul socket and mounting bracket. Bulbs are SE EVC 14k and need to be change in Feb. $135 each.

Note: one of the On/Off Switchs on the PFO does not work, so I bypassed the switch since I never used the switch anyways because they were hooked to Timers.
