I upgraded to these reflectors 2.5 months ago. Unfortunately, I could only mount them in my canopy 7" above the water and after 2.5 months of light-acclimation I'm still bleaching coral. They would probably not be so intense if you are able to raise them more than I was able to. I was also running a magnetic ballast which may have contributed to the high PAR output. The reflectors and bulbs were only used for 2.5 months so there is still a lot of life left on the bulbs and the reflectors are obviously just as good as they were out of the box.
I paid $464 and I'm asking $230 for the set. (I won't split the set and would be willing to ship.)
Here's a link to see their spec's. http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/sunlight-supply-lumen-max-elite-mogul-fixture.html
Prior to this setup, I was running Phoenix 14k's in 2 Aquamedic pendants. At that time, my PAR at center was 500 right below the surface and 160 at the sandbed. With this setup I was 1375 right below the surface and 400 at the sandbed.
