FS - 210 gallon complete system

Well, I'm finally admitting that the tank is more than I can take care of...I've had 3 foot surgeries in the past year, walking isn't getting any easier, and I can only get on the 1st step of the ladder (so I can only keep the top half of the glass clean!).

We bought the tank new, and set it up in August of 2008. It is currently a mixed reef, with fish, SPS, LPS, and some softies.

This is a complete set-up, nothing else is needed. Here is what's included (along w/ what we paid, for comparison):

210 All-Glass aquarium with dual overflows, Aqueon Classic Mission cherry stand and canopy w/ a Coralife Aqualight Pro retrofit kit (changed to fixture, see below), a custom acrylic sump (three sections), Mag-24 return pump, ¼ HP Arctica chiller with Mag 7 pump $2300
153 pounds of premium Indo-Pacific live rock (from Coral Connection) $1200
Coralife Aqualight Pro Metal Halide Aquarium Light Fixture, 3X150W HQI & 4X96W Compact Fluorescents, 72 inch, purchased and used since September of 2009 $1000
I-Tech 200 w/ Tunze pump, purchased around December of 2009 $600

The fish have been added over time, with the last one added probably about a year ago. All are very healthy and have grown quite a bit (we always get the smallest ones we can find so we know they're young); they're all in the 3-5" range, maybe 6" on the Yellow Tang. Here's the fish that are included:
2 False Perculas Amphiprion ocellaris
1 Gold-Stripe Maroon Clown Premnas biaculeatus
1 Yellow Tang Zebrasoma flavescens
1 Hippo/Regal Tang Paracanthurus hepatus
1 Blue-Eyed (2-Spot) Bristletooth Tang Ctenochaetus binotatus
1 Half-Black Angel Centropyge vroliki
1 Coral Beauty Angel Centropyge bispinosus
1 Lamarck's Angel (female) Genicanthus lamarcki
1 Reef Butterfly Chaetodon sedentarius

The coral includes several acros, some pocis, candy-canes, a purple plate, red and purple caps, a yellow scroll, leathers, frogspawn, GSP, yellow polyps, some white pulsing xenia, Kenya trees, gonipora, some zoas and some giant mushrooms. Most are doing well and growing.

Everything comes with it, including an acrylic sock holder and 15-20 socks, even a sock hamper! Everything is in perfect condition, with the exception that one of the MH ballasts does not work on the light fixture (didn't when we bought it), and the glass hasn't been cleaned in awhile.

I can't part out; without the equipment we would have no place for the livestock, without the livestock we would have no use for the equipment, you get the idea...

We are asking $2000, which although a lot of $, still is a great deal for what's included. This system is currently operating, and everything to continue to operate it is included. If there are pieces of equipment or livestock you didn't want, you could always part them out. Email or pm me for pics if interested!

I know you say to PM or email for pics...most people won't go through the trouble. lol If I could make a suggestion, post some pics in this thread. It would probably help you out. I for one would like to see the live rock. ;) Another helpful tip is to part out. I know you don't want to, but 99.9% of the time, it won't sell as a setup. What you should do is sell all of the living things first. Drain the tank and sell all of the equipment. It's a much bigger PITA, but it's the way to go. Plus you'll recoup more of your money this way.

I don't know how to post pics, I just figured the people who were actually serious wouldn't mind asking for pics. I know parting out might work better, but it would involve way more stress; I'm hoping if anyone wants a big tank ready to run for a good price, they could part out what they don't want. At this point we'll just keep feeding the fish and hope for the best...but thanks for the thoughts!

I wish this was available 1 month ago! I am in the process of getting a used 150G ready for my upgrade. Everytime I start setting it up, I have more crap to deal with. I had to re-seal the edges of the tank today. I do not ever want to have to do THAT again!

Anyway, good luck with your sale. It seems like you have a really nice "turn key" set up.
