I posted this earlier and I apologize to those that were interested before. I have it up again. Just like the title says, it's a 250W Pendant and Electronic Ballast HQI. Asking $170. Pick up in West L.A. 90064.

how old is it and does it come with bulb?

I don't quite understand the question, but it is a DE fixture. I guess first one that pms me to pick up will take it. It does come w/ a bulb that is around 9 months old. It does have some rust on the bottom of the fixture b/c it was on an open top tank, about 2 spots.
