Changed my lighting to 400W system recently and have this DE 250w light set for sale.
1/ Reef Optix III DE, 250W MH Pendant: $75 shipped. (brand new pendant price is $127 not incl shipping yet!)
The pendant comes with quick disconnect cords to the ballast and one used DE phoenix bulb.

2/ MEGA Electronic Ballast, 250W MH: $80 shipped.
This electronic ballast can fire both single end and double end MH bulbs! I had 3 of this MEGA ballasts and 2 of the Icecap E-ballasts on my system and they all worked great, can't tell the different, never fail to fire the bulbs.
3/ Phoenix 250W, DE bulb, Brand New: $65 shipped
4/ Complete Set above - Reef Optix III Pendant, MEGA electric ballast, 1 Brand New and 1 used Phoenix bulb: $205 shipped. (A brand new set would easily cost you $350!)
The complete set will include all cords (quick disconnect, power cords, etc..). All u need is to hang it up and plug the power cord into the outlet, no wiring needed
