FS: 375g reef tank and contents

I am thinking about selling my 375g set up in order to work on the house and possibly downsize. Need to sell most of all the livestock first before the equipment. Here is a partial list of the main items:

Approx 600-700 lbs of live rock - $2/lb or $1k for whole batch of rocks and any shrooms and zoos permanently attached to them

96” x 30” x 30” custom ordered acrylic Tenecor tank 1” thick all around with 2 large access holes on top and center overflow w/ natural stain 30” Oak stand and matching 18” canopy. Buyer may also have a pair of 1” Sea Swirls, (one works fine, the other may need work as it does not move as it should), a GRI 520 return pressure pump, 2x1000w 14k bulbs and independent magnetic ballasts. - 2200

I remember, after seeing your setup years ago when you use to live in a condo. You got me started into this hobby.

I got the tank. Water is cycling already in the main tank but I'm not done with the plumbing. I'm still waiting for some parts from usplastic which would be here by Tuesday next week. Don't like to use those flexible PVC. Plumbing will be white PVC for drain and black PVC for return. Hopefully, my plumbing will be done by next week.

Allan help me a lot setting up my tank.
