Ive recently upgraded my 40G Breeder tank up to 120G tank and my wife wants the 40G gone :/ Its a standard 40 Gallon Breeder tank, predrilled and fitted with a 400gph Glass Holez overflow kit and locline for the return. I have a glass top for it as well. The stand is your basic black pine stand. I would like $150 for all of it, but would be willing to split it apart if requested. I can post pictures when I get home tonight. Silly government computers wont let me get to photobucket. I am located in the Syracuse area, but might be able to get it down towsrds Binghamton or out to Rochester in my travels.

Here are a few pictures...

The hole on the left side is where the overflow box goes. I took it out to clean everything but is easily put back together.

does the water level run low in that tank? it looks like the box is mounted pretty low.

Here is a picture with the pumps off. With tehm off it is a bit lower. When they are running it is maybe 1/4 inch below the black edging. It was the 1st tank I drilled and it ended up a bit lower than planned, but nothing terrible. An easy fix is a small piece of clear plexiglass over the bottom 1/4 inch of the teeth will raise up the water level. I considered it but decided I didnt want to do it with the tank stocked.

As far as the sump, that is being used on another tank, but it came from pro clear aquatics and isnt to bad for a small application.

cool, thanks for the reply. the reason I asked is I just installed mine last weekend and I had an "OH CRAP!" moment when I saw that pic of yours! :) mine'll be okay I think.

very nice looking tank, I'd love to see pics of the new one.

Well what had hap[pened when I drilled it was I followed the directions for measuring the top of the box from the top of the aquarium, which would have been fine if I had one that did not have teeth. With teeth you have to mark it at the bottom of the teeth. ASince that adventure Ive drilled a bunch of tnaks for Tim and DAve at ABC reefs when they were setting up, and I got the distance down pat now :twitch:
