For sale is a 48" Coralife Metal Halide fixture in very very good condition - $160
This was used over my 4 X 2 X 2 tank in my fish room. I really loved this light as it had great output for what I needed and great color with the 14K bulbs. This would be a great starter fixture for someone getting into the hobby. I don't have any pics of the ballasts uninstalled, as they are still hanging on the wall in my room like the pic shows when I was using them. The ballast fire right up with no delays.
Two 150 watt 10,000K double-ended HQI metal halide lamps with ballasts
(It now still has the Phoenix 14K bulbs which are approximately 6 weeks old, when I made the transition to my current light setup)
- Four 1 watt Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow 470nm LED lamps
- Two external HQI metal halide ballasts with on/off switches, 12-foot lamp cords and 6-foot power cords
- Highly-polished reflectors
- Glass lens covers
Sump picture shows the output and color of a single MH 150 fixture over the sump.
Also for sale is a Coralife 48" Power Compact fixture with 4 Lunar LEDs "“ $35
- takes 4 96 watt PC lamps (There are no lamps currently installed)
If you take the Metal Halide fixture, I'll just throw in the Power Compact fixture for free just so I don't have to think about it anymore.
If the costs are too high, please LMK. Open to trades also. I would keep the light, but really liking and used to my current LED fixture.
