It comes with bulbs but you will need to replace them.

It has a LED blue strip with a separate plug so you do not need to worry about adding moonlights..a total of 3 cords

I will be removing the LED strip from the fixture....dropping the price to 200.00 OBO..good deal for a 6 x 39 Watts T5 light.
