This tank has been set up for only a few months now, and unfortunately we have move out of town due to job relocation. This is a great deal for a beginner reef w/ soft corals, or a fish only with live rock, or add it on to your system as a refugium tank. There is way too much rock in here and you may choose to get rid of some of it. I'm not sure the weight of the rock, but there is a lot of it in here: maybe 18-20 pieces ranging from bowling ball size to fist size. The rock has intersting shapes and stacks easily as you can see in the pictures. I would really like to sell everyhting in one shot. But if there is not any interest in that, I may sell live rock seperate. I just invested about $300 in all new pumps and light bulbs when I set this up last month, so I hope to get that back out of it the enite deal. The tank and stand are alittle older and the tank has a smal chip in the upper right corner, but it does not leak. The stand is indestructable 2x4 construction surrounded by MDF panals. Hood and stand may need a little paint to make appropriate for your living space if you are picky about that. Otherwise I think you will find this is a great deal.

Tank: 65 gallon allglass "twin flow" corner overflow
Stand: homemade 31" tall. "bomb proof" construction
Hood: homemade lift top style for easy maintenance
sump: 20 gallon glass tank
skimmer: Turbofloater w/ new Oceanrunner pump
heater: Ebojagger
return: Quiet One 4000 (one month old)
circulation: (3) Maxi-jet 600 pumps (one month old)
Timer: Nature Wave (one month old)
Lights: (2) 30 W normal Actinc
(2) 60W PC lights 10K

The sand is about 100 lbs of fresh fine Carib-sea that I just purchased last month and I have another 5 gallon bucket of some used sand from a friends tank as well that I didn't use. Everyhting fish related that I have is included: hydrometers, test kit, even the make up water container and full bag of Instant Ocean salt.

Please, if you know anyone who would like to start a reef tank let them know about this deal. I have to move in two months.

Come on people... You would pay over $300 for just the rock from LFS (if you could find rock looking this good a LFS) This is a great deal! Think of it as a free aquarium set up with the purchase of live rock! :D

There has to be someone out there who could use this tank!
