Here is the short version of what this set-up includes;

Hardware

90 Gallon Acrylic tank with built-in closed loop system

Beautiful Dark Red Cherry wood Stand and matching canopy

8 T5 lights built into the canopy (very nice set-up with 4 50/50 and 4 Actinics)

3 LED Moon lights built into canopy (absolutely gorgeous at night)

Reeflo Dart Pump for circulating the water through 4 nozzles drilled through the back of the aquarium.

Sump with Return pump

Live Rock/Sand

150 lbs of live rock (combination of Tonga, Fiji and others)

100 lbs of live sugar sand (looks awesome underneath the LED moon lights)

Fish

A pair of Percula clownfish

Sunburst Anthia

Firefish

Engineer Goby

Sixline Wrasse

2X Yellow-finned fish (don't know what the real name is)


Inverts

So I am the one getting this tank. It will be going over a slate floor where we plate to put it in the house. What would be the best way to make a level base for it you think or is it best to just go with it and deal with it.
 
Congrats on your purchase smelly! I don't know the answer to your question but I would post your question in a new thread so it's not buried in this 'for sale' thread.

I would say placing shims under the stand would work. depending on how uneven the floor is, you might beable to get away with a piece of foam between the stand and floor.. I think the shims are your best bet. I am sure some one with better experience then I will comment.

Thanks guys. I was just thinking shims too. Didn't want to ad a new topic over something so minor. It's pretty level so we will see.
