Hi all,
I have an Algaefree Hammerhead magnet. It is made for fairly thick glass and is too hard to move around on the glass on my 120L. I would recommend it for a tank with at least 3/8" thick glass. It has a scraper attachment and comes with one brand new blade and a brand new pad for the inside of the tank. The inside magnet floats so that if it comes loose, it doesn't sink into the sand. The outside magnet is several years old, but the inside magnet is almost brand new. It was replaced when the original leaked and wouldn't float anymore.
Asking $50. Retails for about $70 including the scraper.
You can pick it up at my house in Cranberry Twp. or I can bring it to the December meeting.
