I think it's time I'd be leaving the hobby of the large tank. I was about to leave completely last year but then stuck with it a little longer. Now, I think I'm basically going to simply downsize. I'm not sure. I'll see. But before I can do anything, I would need someone to take this system off my hands. Looking for anyone or business looking to buy a COMPLETE Elos System 160 (63x24x24) with Reef Movement Kit, Elos sump w/freshwater res, skimmer, the works!! Rimless tank with snail guards on corners. Earthquake protected bottom glass. It's pretty much insane. I also have the Elos controller as well.
But Elos tanks are $$$$ so if interested, please contact me. Livestock will most likely be worked with after the tank is purchased.
Last year everything was selling for a lot more and I decided to try to price it now to move.
Looking for $2000 FOR EVERYTHING!
For Tank/Stand/Sump/Skimmer/All electronics (Multiplugs and topoff-=osmocontroller)/Elos System Computer/Controller (Full System Kit)
2x250MH 4xT5@39Watts ELOS Planet II Hanging Fixture with Audi Gray color coat! (They really do these nicely!)
It's a show tank and IMO, rivals many 'built in wall' systems due to the beautiful glass! You will need probably 4 close friends to help you move this guy!
A few photos from install (obviously a little murkier today but still just as operational!):
Glass bottom of tank when we got it (The panels make it more tolerant to shakes - so if you live by a construction site or quarry... CA get's a lot of quakes (Their US HQ is in Cali)
Skimmer: Workhorse! Back when it was new"¦
Sump: Ye Grand Ole' Sump
B2 Multiplugs (These connect to the Biotopus II computer for tight integration to controlling EVERYTHING!)
The Elos BII controller!! This is the Bees Knees!! But it's no longer integrated into the stand. I have a separate pedestal for it now and the door on the stand has been replaced with a normal solid wenge door.
Overflow in back right corner. There is a movement kit on the left side of it that has two eheim 1260 pumps that act as wavemakers using the controller.
