I did some thinning out of some coral to allow my large colonies to continue to grow without being stung. The corals are in my sump on a frag rack ready to go. I am located in Gahanna/Columbus. I have frags or the mother colonies of almost all of these corals in my display tank so you can see what they look like if need be. I would consider trading them for some fish, just let me know if you have anything. I will try to get some pictures this evening. Please PM me as it is KEY as I will go in the order I have received PM's.
A. $30 Blue Ridge Coral: About 4" tall with pretty crazy growth parttern but a pretty sweet piece.
B. $40 Four Headed Torch Coral: 4 Heads of yellow tip torch. I have mutiple peices of it in my display tank. This variety of torch get really long polpy extension and looks awesome if you have a wavebox or alot of water movement. Has a nice long base on it which makes it easy to shove in a crevace of a rock.
C. $35 Six Headed Hammer Coral: 6 heads of green armed purple tipped hammer. I have the mother colony in my tank and it is over 70 heads. Thig grows like a week and loves alot of light. Mother colony is kept about 10" directly under a 250 watt metal halide.
D. $45 Seven Headed Torch/Frogspawn Hybrid: ***SUPER SUPER SWEET PEICE***This came from Norms tank when he was tearing it down. Looks mostly like a torch coral but has some intense colors. True super brigh green arms with true purple tips. One of my fav peices in the tank (still have a piece in my display)
E. $40 Red Aussie Acan Colony: I picked this up from Tropicorium a couple month ago for $100 bucks. I for some reason have never been able to keep acans (why I don't know). The colony does need some TLC. There is about 20-25 heads on this colony. Would be a good one to frag up and grow out if you are into that.
F. $5 Brown Zoa Frag: Nothing to pretty about 10-15 polyps
