Stubborn strategy. Offered you 800 like 3 times over a year. Now your sitting on it. Businesses liquidate for a reason, so there real estate doesn't get taken up by stuff they can't sell anymore.
When I offered 800 the last few times, your lights were obsolete than. There a few people out there like me, that are willing to spend the extra in power to get more glow on my corals.
If your sitting on it? And you want to liquidate? I'll give you 500.
A part of me also might just want to use this light as an excuse to set up a bigger tank again. I wonder if I could stick some radion pucks to replace the halides, and run the T5's as supplemental whites? I know the Hydra Cool Whites are pretty harsh...
If the center area can fit Radions, I say go for it. My new build is going to use Radions and T5s.
Unfortunately the middle section is only 4.25", while the Radions are 7" wide.
I started looking at the Kessil A360X Tuna Blues. I think I could just replace the halides with two of those, and maybe even stick a third one in the middle. Not sure if a third one in the middle would be overkill for a 48" tank?
You could always start with two then add more later. If you want to play around with retrofitting, you're welcome to have the Kessil mounts that came with my hybrid T5 kit.
Ended up selling it! Going to a good home over an ELOS 120XL =)
