FS: Icecap 660 and Rock

I have a brand new never used Icecap 660. I purchased this ballast at the end of August with plans of adding more light to my tank. Unfortunately, I just can not fit any more bulbs under my canopy and am going to go a different route. I purchased the ballast from Bulk Reef Supply for $154.99 and am willing to sell it for $140. As I stated previously, this ballast has never been fired and is new in the box with the original wiring harness. I also have 2 each 36" Icecap T-5 reflectors. Willing to sell for $20 each.

I also have about 45lbs of rock from Marco Rocks that I removed/didn't use in my current aquascaping. Willing to sell for $2/lb. Rock is/will be dry.
