I decided to do away with my 40 breeder and keep my BioCube up when I moved (not enough space). Everything here only saw a few months of use. If you're looking to set up a 40 breeder then this package is basically an instant-reef setup:
36" BuildMyLED 20000K XB Series, 90° angle beam (note: this brand light was the best there was for people serious about planted tanks, though the name was less known in reefing. BML handmade all of their fixtures in Texas and was loved by many hobbyists until they decided to pursue horticulture lighting full time. This is a 20000K reef spectrum fixture, which was made specifically to mimic the look of a metal halide. You can read about these lights here . Light comes with swiveling leg mounts, mounting brackets and 0% - 100% dimmer dial. - $150
5" BRS Mini Reactor, no pump - $25
Reef Octopus Classic 110INT 4” Internal Protein Skimmer - $100
Eheim 1260 return pump - $100
Jebao RW4 wavemaker - $35
Real Reef (dry): 12 lbs @ $2.25 per pound
Marco/Reef Saver: 44 lbs @ $1 per pound
or $65 for it all
