FS live sand and live rock

I have about 100 lbs of live rock and 80 lbs of live sand, asking 60.00 for a quick sale would like this gone by the weekend. The rock has been in a tank for about 15 years so you probably will want to cook it. Let me know if you have any questions.

what type of rock was it/ local tonga bali??? I would like to get the rock, but can the live sand be cooked or dried or wet stored with no circulation? would you just keep in in a tub and circulate it in dark?? I am planning a 60 cube build in next 3 months, but have a lot of planning and building to do in the meantime, so I thought I could keep the rock on ice (figure of speech) and I will need sand for the sump refugium, just not sure it would be viable after longer time w/o light and feeding?
