FS: mag 9.5

I have 2 mag 9.5 return pumps I would like to sell. They are both less than a year old and work great. I upgraded to a water blaster, so these guys are cleaned and ready to go. 50 bucks each.

Hello...I was looking for a Mag 12...but do you think one might work for my setup?
Trying to use it for my return as well as carbon reactor and chiller...just not sure if the 9.5 is sufficient?

I vote it should be fine.

~300 gph thru the reactor, with ~900 gph left (with headloss) it depends on your size chiller check with the flowrate your chiller demands. Most likely it will more than suffice.

im using 2-9.5s for my return, goes to manifold then to return,gfo and carbon reactors and a releif valve to adjust the flow, that way i always have a back up if a pump goes out......:thumbsup:

Really just depends on how much flow you want to your tank, once you feed your chiller and your reactor.

Seems like a great deal on the pumps ... I priced them out new locally and it wasn't pretty. I was going to buy these but I might hold off now since I am going to go closed loop for tank circulation and will try for only 3x-4x tank volume on the return. Good luck Tom!

I could use one. Thinking I should move up in flow. I'm using a Mag 7 now and although it flows ok I think I could be better. Let me know if you have one left for me. Not sure if any are spoken for yet.
