FS: Mated pair Black Onyx Perculas

Pure black/white mated pair of Australian black onyx perculas, each one is around 3". Purchased them for $150 and will let them go for $120.

Those sure look like black and white ocellaris, are you sure they are perculas?

Gale, how can you tell the difference in them, are there any distinguishing features to look for?

Leif, it's really tough to tell. You have to actually count the spines on the dorsal fins to really tell and even then it's tough.
Normally onyx percs have some orange even between the stripes. Those pictured fish are some nice looking adult black and white ocellaris because they are completely black other than the white stripes. It took my black and white ocellaris about two years to get the full black.

They are great looking fish. If I didn't have two pairs already, I'd be wanting them hehe.

The black and white ocellaris pair would win that fight hehe.
I had to move a black and white pair out of my 200g tank because it was too small to share with a different pair of clowns.
