FS: MH retro fit, Aqualan Nurce ATO, 1/2" Sea-Swirl

I've recently downsized from a 75g to an 8g and have some equipment left over that I will no longer be able to use.

1) PFO 175w MH retro fit kit: never used, includes ballast, power cord, mogul socket with cord, 24" parallel Reef-flector and brand new 10K German bulb (Ushio I believe).....$165 OBO

2) Aqualan Nurce topoff unit: roughly 6 gallons, used without fail on my 75g reef for close to 10 years, excellent condition but needs to be cleaned.....$60 OBO

3) Sea-Swirl 1/2" Oscillating Return: oscillating return device that mounts to tank and moves back and forth to provide wave-like flow, excellent condition.....$75 OBO
