Nick,
I know you always have a lot of coral n cdp which means you must be having good growth. Since you are switching to led, What was your main lighting before the leds? If metal halides, do you think you get just as good growth or better with led as you did with metal halides?

Which LED's did you choose?

I ran the T5s on the softy tank and the MH and VHOs on the SPS tank. Both grew colorful corals. I'm running Radion Gen 2s on both tanks now. I've grown corals just fine under just about every type of lighting out there, they all work. LEDs are just a bit more efficient.

Some minor wear you'd expect for a 3 year old unit but its stainless steel and cleans up nicely. Comes with everything you see in the pictures.

zzzreefer - where in kansas? I go to KC and Lenexa/overland park area every couple of weeks or so for work. If you and reeferhead work out acceptable payment, I could pick up from him and meet you in that general area. I am actually leaving for KC in the am and will also be back there next Wednesday. I would work cheap, like maybe a frag or something if you guys want to try and work it out. Up to you, just an offer to help out other reefers.
