i have more than i need and am passing the savings on to YOU!

*hehe*

as many as you like for $.50 each, or 60 for $20, which saves $10. (10 minimum please, since i have to package each persons separately.) i can bring them to the upcoming c-sea meeting, or we can arrange pick up. im not really trying to make any profit, im basically just trying to make my money back and help a couple people out, since these are usually like a dollar a piece on the internet.

i have approximately 300.

What are the size of these? Are they the vibex kind? If they are the tongan kind, I will take 30.

they are on the smaller side, but grow to be about 3/4 inch long.

off of manchester road in "the village of new franklin" aka clinton. about ten minutes down the road from coventry high school.

Just a warning...

BE CAREFUL!!!

What type of Nassarius Snails are they? You need to be very careful as whelks look extremely similar and will kill clams and other snails.

The picture posted looks dangerously close to the whelks I had shipped to my door that were generically labeled at Nassarius snails.

Not trying to derail your thread, but just posting a warning to those that may have clams in their tanks.

They are not Tongan.

Here's the thread I started a while ago about it. The pictures are no longer there though, but the links are.

Here is another helpful link to help differentiate them:

alright, no problem. yes, research before you buy. i dont want to be responsible if your prized clam got eaten, even though im 99% sure that these arent whelks. they have always been model citizens in my tanks, and i love them to death because they keep the glass and sand bed super clean, but i have never had any clams besides those cleaners you get at the fish counter (which they didnt touch), so i dont know.

I am interested in 60 for $20.00 but I'm not certain I will be able to make the meeting and you are pretty far from Cleveland Heights where I am at. Is anybody going to the meeting from this side of town? If I can't make it, could they pick them up and we can arrange a time for me to meet them? Let me know. My phone number is 216.375.4515.

Thanks,
Cindy

is anyone from elyria going to the meeting.. if so I will give the money to pick some of these up for me...let me know thanks

SNAILS ARE HERE! :)

same deal, $0.50 each, (minimum of 10 please), or 60 for $20. if you asked me for some before january's meeting, and would still like them, i would like to offer your choice of 10 free snails or $5 off, to make up for the inconvenience. i have decided that you dont want to ship, as its so friggin freezing and shipping is so expensive, so we can arrange pick up or i can bring them to the february meeting for you.

i have a good variety of sizes, from pinky fingernail size to 3/4 inch (full grown). unless you specify otherwise, i will be packaging the largest snails first. the little ones willof course grow, but im assuming people want full grown snails that can do the most damage. :)

if you want some, please post in this thread how many you would like and whether youd like to pick them up or for me to bring them to the meeting. please dont PM me, so i can keep everything together and dont miss anyone. :)
