FS : New hammerhead and OM 4 way

both are new, the hammerhead is still wrapped in it's shipping box (the OM just came in a box of peanuts, so no "box" to be in, per se :))

The OM 4way is the newer style, prewired with the mad drive and includes the V3 drum.

Excerpt from their web site :

Version 3 - has them opposed (ie) 1 & 3, 4 & 2, repeated. (Our best selling version)

The OM 4 way is $339 new + shipping (from Oceans Motions)
The Hammerhead is $339 new + shipping insurance (From Marine Depot, $328.99 + $10 "heavy item shipping fee")

I will sell them both, together (as a "set") for $550 ($129 off of retail), or separate for $300 each (roughly $40 off of retail each).


I will be in the San Jose area Saturday afternoon and am close enough to Concord/Pleasant Hill to meet there just about any time, with sufficient advance notice. I also may be in the Sacremento area next week, but that is unconfirmed, and if so, will be during the week during the day and only for a short time (there to pick up something and then head back home).
 
is this the pump you got from me last year? didn't put it up? Are you going with powerheads for your setup?

yea.. if you have been following our tank thread in the Large Reef Tank forum, we already put 4 Vortecs into it :)

and I think I may have gotten this from you.. but wasn't yours a barracuda ? not a hammerhead ? I know that we had 2, one I intended to use for a return the other for the CL, but we went in a different direction on the return also.. reworked our existing plumbing and don't feel that we will need the extra flow, so our existing Sequence will suffice.

Darn.. I had forgotten about the one from you :). That means I have one more Sequence pump in a box around here :). Plus I have a used Barracuda that we got with the 380g when we bought it... so that was going to by our spare.. *sigh* .. I really need to clear out our garage :)... been doing it slowly but surely since we got the new tank up and wet.. but we have a long ways to go to clear it out as much as I would like :)
 
I checked OceanMotions web site and saw that the OM 4 way was $339 shipped, so I am lowering our asking price to $500 for both, $275 each if sold separate. (yea, I dropped the hammerhead price also :)).
 
ok, these are officially cluttering up our garage now :(

Looks like I will be in the Fremont area this Saturday morning and can arrange a drop off of either (or both) of these at that time. :)
 
I forgot to add, willing to trade. Just about anything will do :). frags, etc. We are not much in need of any dry goods or equipment, but you never know... it never hurts to ask :)
 
Tom - I got two maxima clams, superman digi frag, and an oregon tort frag with your name on it, if you want to work something out for OM-4way;)
 
More than generous Karl.. and we had already discussed some sort of a trade, I am sure enough that we can work it out for the OM.. so color htat gone

That leaves the hammerhaed left... want to work something out to throw in the hammerhead as a backup also ? :)
