It's really hard to tell from the blue picture, but your Oregon torts look like Cali's.

Cali tort is complete different than OR tort. Here is another picture when MH is on. OR tort is complete blue and dark purple, no green at all.

I'm sorry to say but that is not an Oregon tort. theres no purple in oregon tort they are just deep solid blue when healthy. Also they are less thinly branch like that frag. the growth are thicker closer together. Would help if you post a picture of the mother colony. Not an Oregon tort but nice frag.
