Hmm, 250w is exactly what I need for my 29g...

So if I had one of these, all I would need to buy is a ballast and a bulb?

Is there a certain type of ballast I need for these to work?

You need an Electronic or an M80 HQI magnetic.

Ill even throw in a used 12K bulb. It still has plenty of life in them.
