1 PFO 250 watt HQI ballast.
1 PFO DUAL 400 watt HQI ballast. (I overdrove the bulbs with no problem)
3 Phoenix 250 Watt 14k DE MH Bulbs - about 8 months old.
4 Giesemann 39 Watt Powerchrome Pure Actinic 420nm T5 Bulbs - about 8 months old
The fixture has been maintained in like new condition. It is ceiling mounted but the tank bracket kit can be purchased separately here:
