FS: Tropic Eden Reef Flakes live sand

I have 2, 20lb bags of live Tropic Eden reef flakes sand. Price new is $34 plus shipping. I will sell locally for $35 a bag. I only used half of my order in the new tank and it is the best looking sand I've used before. Must be picked up in Mesa. JP
