BTW - The skimmer has a MJ1200 on it with a venturi (Not pictured). It also does not have the rubber band that runs around the skimmer cup. It must have popped off when I was moving it. It's easily remedied but I want to make sure it's known.

As far as paychecks this is how I like to describe mine. Every friday HR walks up to me, hands me a bag of peanuts and gives me a swift kick to the nuts. It's funny for the people who know the joke when I kiel over in the middle of the office acting like I just got drilled in the genitals. My boss knows the joke and just rolls his eyes. HR lady is so confused every time.
