how old are icecap ballast and bulbs and what K are they Thanks might be interested

I believe the Icecap ballasts are electronic, and these ones are between 6-9months old.
The bulbs are stamped PEC MH-250w/TD Blue, which come up as Phoenix 14k.
The bulbs work but I would replace them soon.
